How do you connect and wire an RGBW LED strip?
RGBW tape is a five-pin constant-voltage load: one shared V+ and four PWM negatives (R, G, B, W). Match the pin order printed on the board to the decoder, keep the run on a single controller output, and wire multiple runs in parallel from the driver — never in series, which starves the far run and shifts its colour.

Should I use 12V or 24V RGBW LED strip lights?
24V is the default for architectural work — at equal wattage it draws half the current, so a feed reaches 5–10 m before the white channel visibly warms and the colour mix drifts. 12V is kept for short cabinet, furniture and vehicle runs where the controller is 12V-native. For anything past 10 m, use a mid-feed or constant-current build.

What is the difference between 10mm and 12mm RGBW LED strips?
Width follows the package and the copper. A 10 mm board fits standard slim profiles and suits 4-in-1 packages such as 5050 RGBW; 12 mm gives room for wider copper pours or side-by-side RGB + white dies, which raises usable output and lowers junction temperature. DENO builds both, and narrower 8 mm versions where the channel demands it.

What are the brightest RGBW LED tape light options?
