Roll-to-roll (R2R) long run LED tape is produced on a continuously electroplated, high-purity rolled copper substrate with seamless welding, so a long run contains no soldered splices. Combined with heavier copper weight, this keeps voltage drop and brightness stable across runs up to 50 m with correct feeding.
