DENO LED Lighting

OEM & ODM Custom LED Strip Light Manufacturer | DENO

DENO provides OEM and ODM manufacturing of custom LED strip lights from Shenzhen and Foshan, China. Customisable parameters include FPCB width (3-30 mm), cut unit down to 8.3 mm, CCT 1800K-6500K, CRI 80/90/95+ and full spectrum, 1oz/2oz/35+70um copper, SMD/COB/SOB/SCOB packages, IP20-IP68 sealing, linear constant-current segments and private-label packaging. There is no fixed MOQ; our sales team works with every customer to find the most cost-effective order quantity, from prototype-length samples to full container programmes. Samples ship in 5-10 working days and mass production in 12-25 days. CE, RoHS, REACH, UL/ETL, SAA, UKCA and EU 2019/2015 ErP/EPREL documentation is supplied with every project.

OEM and ODM custom LED strip light manufacturing

DENO is a custom LED strip light manufacturer in Shenzhen and Foshan, China, with in-house FPCB production, automated SMT lines, silicone coating and extrusion and a photometric laboratory. That vertical integration is what makes genuine ODM work possible: instead of picking the nearest catalogue item, we change copper weight, LED pitch, drive current, phosphor and optics until the tape hits the customer's target.

OEM means the buyer supplies the specification or drawing and DENO manufactures it under the buyer's brand. ODM means DENO's engineering team designs the product around a performance brief such as 160 lm/W at 3000K, CRI 90, 24V, 20 m uninterrupted run and IP67, after which the customer owns the finished specification and the branding.

What can be customised on a private-label LED strip

Custom work covers the whole build, not just the label. PCB widths run from 3 mm to 30 mm, cut units go down to 8.3 mm, and roll-to-roll production delivers continuous tape beyond 30 m with no mid-reel solder joints.

  • Custom CCT from 1800K to 6500K, plus tunable white, dim-to-warm, RGB, RGBW and RGBCCT
  • CRI 80, 90 and 95+ builds, including full-spectrum options with R9 above 90
  • 1 oz, 2 oz and 35+70 micron double-layer copper for long-run voltage-drop control
  • SMD, COB, SOB and SCOB packages in single-row or multi-row layouts
  • IP20 to IP68 sealing by silicone coating, extrusion or injection moulding
  • Linear constant-current segments for uniform brightness on long runs
  • Private-label tape, reel, carton, barcode, manual and datasheet printing

The OEM/ODM process from brief to shipment

Requirement review returns a feasibility note within one working day. The technical proposal then carries a full specification sheet, photometric estimates, BOM options by LED brand and copper weight, and tiered pricing by order quantity.

Engineering samples ship in 5 to 10 working days with measured lumen output, efficacy, CCT and CRI. Certification files for the destination market are prepared next, and mass production runs with automated SMT, AOI, 100 per cent aging test and lot-level SDCM binning records so a repeat order still matches the original installation.

Custom specification ranges

Every parameter below can be changed on an OEM or ODM build; the ranges are what DENO's own FPCB, SMT, coating and extrusion lines support without outsourcing.

  • PCB width 3 mm to 30 mm in single, double or multi-row layouts
  • Cut unit from 8.3 mm to 100 mm, down to one LED per cut on high-density tape
  • Continuous roll-to-roll runs beyond 30 m with no mid-reel solder joints
  • 5V, 12V, 24V, 48V and AC220V builds, with linear constant-current options
  • CCT 1800K to 6500K plus tunable white, dim-to-warm, RGB, RGBW and RGBCCT
  • CRI Ra 80, 90 and 95+, including full-spectrum builds with R9 above 90
  • Copper weight 1 oz, 2 oz or 35+70 micron double layer for voltage-drop control
  • Ingress protection IP20 to IP68 by coating, silicone extrusion or injection moulding

Who DENO builds custom LED strip for

Lighting brands use DENO for a private-label catalogue with consistent binning, matching datasheets and branded reels. Architectural and lighting designers come for CRI 95+, 1 to 2 SDCM colour consistency and exact cut units on cove, wall-wash and dot-free linear installations.

Distributors need stock-ready SKUs with EU-compliant labelling, EPREL-ready technical files and multilingual manuals, while contractors and project suppliers need project-length reels, uninterrupted long runs and matched drivers for phased site delivery.

Send your OEM/ODM brief

Submit the target lumen output, watts per metre, CCT, CRI, voltage, IP rating, run length and destination market through the enquiry form on this page or by email. A DENO engineer replies with a feasibility note and tiered quotation within one working day, and engineering samples follow in 5 to 10 working days.

MOQ, lead time and compliance documentation

DENO does not enforce a fixed MOQ. Whether you need a small pilot run or a high-volume programme, our sales team will work with you to find the most cost-effective order quantity for your specification. We support everything from prototype-length samples to full container programmes. Mass production runs 12 to 18 days after sample approval, extending to 20 to 25 days when new tooling, custom silicone extrusion or third-party certification testing is involved.

DENO supplies CE, RoHS 2 and RoHS 3, REACH, EMC, LVD, UL and ETL, SAA and UKCA documentation, along with the EU 2019/2015 ErP technical dossier needed for EPREL registration of the customer's own model.
