Description
The #6432 RGBWW LED sheet uses a 5-in-1 chip: red, green, blue, warm white and cool white dies inside a single 5050 package. Colour and white light therefore leave the same optical point, which removes the colour fringing you get when separate RGB and white LEDs are mixed on one board. The sheet measures 480x240mm, runs on 24V DC, carries 288 LEDs on a 20mm pitch and is cut every 12 LEDs (20x240mm), with a 20-110W power window that covers everything from a soft accent wash to a high-brightness feature panel. This is the model specified for hospitality, retail and premium display work where the same installation must deliver saturated colour scenes at night and clean tunable white during the day. Because the white channel is a real dual-CCT white rather than an RGB mix, skin tones and merchandise colour hold up under it. 2oz copper FPCB, dimmable, IP20 standard with IP65 potting on request, up to 4 sheets per feed. What is the difference between an RGBW and an RGBWW LED sheet?
RGBW adds one white die to the RGB mix; RGBWW (the 5-in-1 #6432) adds warm and cool white, so the white channel itself tunes from about 2700 K to 6500 K. The 5-in-1 also puts all five dies in a single chip, which removes the colour fringing you see from separate dies at short diffuser distances.

Why choose RGBW over RGB for backlit signage?
Because most signs display white most of the time. An RGB mix always carries a colour cast and burns all three channels to make it; the dedicated white die gives a clean, colour-correct white at lower power, while the colour channels stay free for seasonal or promotional scenes.

Can an RGBW LED sheet be cut in two directions?
The #16796 can: its 53.3 × 80 mm grid allows cuts across and along the sheet, so it can be shaped around bar backs, curved fixtures and display niches instead of being masked off. The other RGBW sheets cut on a single axis at 34.3 mm or 120 mm intervals.

- Diffuser depth is the air gap measured between the LED sheet and opal acrylic in our lightbox rig; a translucent stone slab counts its own thickness towards that gap.
- Cutting precision is the smallest complete unit that keeps every colour channel intact — always cut on the printed line so the reconnection pads survive.
- Plan four sheets from a single-end feed and eight with dual-end input, then size the driver at the sheet's maximum wattage plus 30 % headroom.
