6600 Tunable White LED Sheet 480x240mm | 24V | 2700-6500K | 576 LEDs | #6600 — 24V, cuttable every 20*20mm, 240x480mm FPCB width, 2835 LEDs, 576 LEDs/m

Description

The #6600 tunable white LED sheet reaches 234.8 lm/W peak efficacy, roughly 57 percent less power than a market-standard 100 lm/W LED sheet at the same brightness. It is a 480x240mm CCT-adjustable backlight sheet with 576 2835 LEDs, 24V DC, a 20-120W power window and colour temperature continuously adjustable from 2700K to 6500K, available in CRI 80, 90, 95 and full spectrum grades. Tunable white is what makes it the specification for backlit stone: warm 2700-3000K brings out the amber veining in onyx and travertine, while 4000-6500K keeps white marble and quartz looking clean rather than yellowed, and the installer can dial the exact point on site with the slab in place. The CRI 95 and full spectrum options render the mineral colour of the stone honestly, which matters on a countertop that customers stand next to. Cutting is on a 2-LED, 20x20mm grid, so the sheet can be trimmed to irregular countertop and vanity shapes with almost no waste. Also used for lightboxes, translucent panels and architectural backlighting where energy budget is tight.

Photometric Performance — CCT × CRI Efficacy Matrix

Peak measured luminous efficacy: 234.8 lm/W at 6500K, Ra 80, ErP energy class A (Grade DN (1st Tier) · CCT 3-Anchor · 20W/m).

All values are measured at the stated power density and ambient 25 °C, reported as luminous efficacy in lumens per watt (lm/W), luminous flux per metre (lm/m) and the corresponding EU ErP (2019/2015) energy class.

Backlit Stone & Tunable White LED Sheet — Buyer Questions

Which colour temperature is best for backlit onyx or marble?

2700–3000 K for onyx, travertine and amber-veined stone so the minerals glow instead of turning grey; 4000–6500 K for white marble, quartz and solid surface so the slab stays white instead of looking yellow. With the tunable #6600 sheet you set the exact point on site with the slab already installed.

How energy efficient is a high-efficacy LED sheet?

The #6600 reaches 234.8 lm/W, which delivers the same light as a market-standard 100 lm/W sheet for roughly 57 % less power. On a full countertop that is both a lower running cost and materially less heat trapped between the LED sheet and the stone.

Does the white LED sheet come in high CRI and full spectrum?

Yes — CRI 80, 90 and 95 plus a full spectrum grade, in colour temperatures from 1800 K to 6500 K. Specify CRI 95 or full spectrum for countertops, retail displays and any surface where stone or product colour is judged at close range.

Tested lightbox depth, cutting precision and efficacy — all 10 LED sheets compared

Three numbers decide whether an LED sheet works in your cabinet: the diffuser depth it needs before the dots disappear, the smallest piece you can cut without losing a channel, and the load it puts on the driver. The table below lists all ten DENO FlexLite sheets against those three measured figures so a shallow stone lightbox, an irregular logo or a low-load SEG frame can be specified in one pass.

LED sheet comparison: tested minimum diffuser depth, smallest cuttable unit and power range / efficacy for each 480 × 240 mm FlexLite sheet.

  • Diffuser depth is the air gap measured between the LED sheet and opal acrylic in our lightbox rig; a translucent stone slab counts its own thickness towards that gap.
  • Cutting precision is the smallest complete unit that keeps every colour channel intact — always cut on the printed line so the reconnection pads survive.
  • Plan four sheets from a single-end feed and eight with dual-end input, then size the driver at the sheet's maximum wattage plus 30 % headroom.
