Description
The #6352 RGB LED sheet is a 480x240mm flexible LED light sheet carrying 288 5050 RGB LEDs on a 2oz copper FPCB, driven at 24V DC with a 17.2-70W power window. Because every LED sits on a 20mm pitch, the sheet can be cut every 12 LEDs (20x240mm) and tiled into large rectangles, so a stage backdrop, exhibition wall or architectural facade panel can be built to size without custom tooling. The dense 20mm pitch is what keeps colour mixing even: at normal diffuser distances there are no visible colour blocks or dots, only a continuous wash. Typical uses are RGB backlight sheets behind translucent panels, bar and club feature walls, retail window graphics and event scenery that has to change colour on cue. The sheet is dimmable and works with standard constant-voltage RGB controllers, including DMX gateways where a show-control protocol is required. Up to 4 sheets can run from a single feed (8 with dual-end input). DENO manufactures every FlexLite LED sheet in-house, so cut unit, connector position, lead-out length and IP treatment can all be customised for OEM/ODM orders.

What is an RGB LED sheet used for?
Stage and event backdrops, exhibition walls, colour-changing signage and architectural feature panels — anywhere a whole surface has to change colour rather than a line of tape. Sheets tile edge to edge, so a 480×240 mm module scales to any rectangle.

Should I choose the 288-LED or 162-LED RGB sheet?
The 288-LED #6352 sits on a 20 mm pitch and blends within a 15–25 mm diffuser gap — the right pick for shallow cabinets and close viewing. The 162-LED #17947 costs less and draws less current on a 53.3 mm pitch; specify it when you have 30 mm or more of depth behind the diffuser.

Which controller drives an RGB LED sheet?
Any 24 V constant-voltage RGB controller: PWM, RF, Wi-Fi, DMX512 decoders and SPI gateways for show control. Match the controller's per-channel current to the connected load — up to 70 W per #6352 sheet.

Will an RGB LED sheet show visible dots through the diffuser?
Not when the diffuser distance matches the LED pitch. At 20 mm pitch, 15–25 mm behind opal acrylic gives a continuous colour wash. Cut that gap in half and the individual dies start to read as dots, which is the single most common cause of a patchy colour wall.

Three numbers decide whether an LED sheet works in your cabinet: the diffuser depth it needs before the dots disappear, the smallest piece you can cut without losing a channel, and the load it puts on the driver.
