Description

The #6433 single color LED light sheet can be cut every single LED, on a 20x20mm grid - the finest cutting unit available in flexible LED sheets. Any irregular backlit shape, from a curved countertop nose to a logo cut-out, can be filled with almost zero waste, which is why this model is the default choice for backlit marble, onyx and quartz fabrication. It is a 480x240mm sheet with 288 2835 LEDs, 24V DC and a wide 20-138W power window, so the same product covers a soft cove detail and a high-brightness advertising lightbox. Colour temperature is selectable from 1800K to 6500K with CRI 80, 90, 95 and full spectrum options: 1800-2700K for warm stone and hospitality, 4000K for neutral joinery, 6500K for daylight-referenced signage and display. The 2oz copper FPCB spreads current evenly across the sheet and keeps the operating temperature low behind stone, where heat has nowhere to go. IP20 standard with IP65 potting on request, dimmable, up to 4 sheets per single-end feed.

How energy efficient is a high-efficacy LED sheet?

The #6600 reaches 234.8 lm/W, which delivers the same light as a market-standard 100 lm/W sheet for roughly 57 % less power. On a full countertop that is both a lower running cost and materially less heat trapped between the LED sheet and the stone.

Can an LED sheet be cut into any shape?

The single-color #6433 cuts every single LED on a 20 × 20 mm grid — the finest cutting unit in flexible LED sheets. Staircase the cuts around a curve or a logo and the sheet fills almost any outline; the 20 mm modules that come off can be reconnected and reused elsewhere.

Does the white LED sheet come in high CRI and full spectrum?

Yes — CRI 80, 90 and 95 plus a full spectrum grade, in colour temperatures from 1800 K to 6500 K. Specify CRI 95 or full spectrum for countertops, retail displays and any surface where stone or product colour is judged at close range.

Three numbers decide whether an LED sheet works in your cabinet: the diffuser depth it needs before the dots disappear, the smallest piece you can cut without losing a channel, and the load it puts on the driver.   • Cutting precision is the smallest complete unit that keeps every colour channel intact — always cut on the printed line so the reconnection pads survive.
