Overview

The DENO LED 2176-GF is a premium 16x16mm glare-free neon light, engineered with silicone injection-moulded design for superior flexibility and durability. Featuring 120 LEDs per meter and a 24V DC input, it delivers soft, diffused illumination ideal for environments requiring prolonged viewing without visual fatigue. The unique micro-prism structures and soft-light coatings effectively disperse concentrated light, making it suitable for close observation scenarios in archi...

Description

Engineered with a durable 16x16mm silicone injection-moulded profile, this glare-free neon light features specialized micro-prism optics to eliminate visual fatigue. Built on a robust 10mm 3oz copper PCB, the 24V constant-voltage LED neon flex delivers consistent performance up to 5m run lengths. High-density 2835 SMD LEDs positioned at an 8.3mm pitch enable precise field customization with convenient 6LEDs per 50mm cut increments. Fully dimmable across a 2.4 to 28.8W power range, these flexible neon lights provide uniform illumination ideal for architectural lighting applications. DENO supplies these glare-free LED neon lights with factory-direct OEM custom lengths and flexible shaping to support wholesale project requirements.

Applications

  • Channel letters & logo signage — Silicone neon holds a continuous glow line for logos, channel letters and wayfinding without visible LED dots.
  • Facade & perimeter outlining — Flexible neon bends around building edges, balconies and columns to trace architecture at night.
  • Bar fronts, headboards & stair nosings — Used along stair nosings, headboards and bar fronts where a soft, uniform tube of light is wanted instead of a hard strip.
  • Facade, landscape & bathroom runs (IP67) — IP67 sealing suits facades, landscape lighting, bathrooms and other locations exposed to rain, splashing or wash-down cleaning.

Frequently Asked Questions

What are the specific benefits of the glare-free design for commercial applications?

The glare-free design, achieved through micro-prism structures, ensures soft, diffused light, preventing visual fatigue in professional settings or areas with prolonged human presence.

Is the 2176-GF model compatible with standard LED lighting control systems?

Yes, the 2176-GF operates on a 24V constant voltage circuit and is dimmable, making it compatible with various common LED control systems and drivers.

What is the minimum order quantity for custom lengths or specific colors?

DENO LED offers customization for the 2176-GF. Minimum order quantities vary based on the specific customization requests, please contact our sales team for details.

What are the key specifications of #2176-GF?

10mm | 24V | 120LEDs | 50mm/cut | #2176-GF | 16*16mm Glare-free Neon Lights: 2835 LEDs, 120, DC 24V, 10mm FPCB, 3oz copper foil, 2.4~28.8W power, cut unit 6LEDs/50mm. Photometric files, wiring diagrams and test reports are available in the downloads block on this page.

Which LED driver and run length suit #2176-GF?

10mm | 24V | 120LEDs | 50mm/cut | #2176-GF | 16*16mm Glare-free Neon Lights is a constant-voltage DC 24V product, so pair it with a CE or UL listed DC 24V constant-voltage LED driver rated about 20% above the connected load. Maximum single run is 5m. 5m Single / 10m Dual Input power. Feeding from both ends or mid-feeding halves the copper distance and roughly quarters the voltage drop.
