This model features a 12*12mm silicone injection-moulded design, providing soft light that reduces visual fatigue. With a 24V input and 128 LEDs/m, it's dimmable and cuttable every 62.5mm, allowing for precise customization. Ideal for close observation areas or long-term stay scenarios where comfort and aesthetic appeal are critical. DENO LED pr...

Description

Engineered with a 12x12mm silicone injection-moulded profile, this glare-free LED neon light features micro-prism soft-light diffusion for uniform illumination. High-density 2835 SMD LEDs deliver 128 LEDs per metre on a heavy-duty 3oz copper 8mm PCB operating on a constant voltage 24V circuit. The dimmable neon flex strip is cuttable every 62.5mm up to 5m lengths, making it ideal for close-observation architectural lighting installations. The anti-glare optical surface diffuses direct illumination into comfortable multi-angle light, preventing visual fatigue in prolonged close-range viewing environments. We provide factory-direct wholesale project supply with OEM custom lengths and tailored shaping options to meet precise commercial lighting specifications.

Applications

  • Channel letters & logo signage — Silicone neon holds a continuous glow line for logos, channel letters and wayfinding without visible LED dots.
  • Facade & perimeter outlining — Flexible neon bends around building edges, balconies and columns to trace architecture at night.
  • Bar fronts, headboards & stair nosings — Used along stair nosings, headboards and bar fronts where a soft, uniform tube of light is wanted instead of a hard strip.
  • Facade, landscape & bathroom runs (IP67) — IP67 sealing suits facades, landscape lighting, bathrooms and other locations exposed to rain, splashing or wash-down cleaning.

Frequently Asked Questions

What are the key benefits of using glare-free neon lights in commercial applications?

Glare-free neon lights enhance visual comfort, reducing eye strain for occupants. This improves productivity and customer experience in retail, offices, and hospitality settings. They offer aesthetic flexibility while being functional.

Is the DENO LED 10419-GF compatible with standard 24V constant voltage drivers?

Yes, the 10419-GF model is designed for a DC 24V input and operates as a constant voltage circuit type, making it compatible with most standard 24V CV LED power supplies and dimmers.

Can these glare-free neon lights be customized for specific project lengths or shapes?

Absolutely. The 10419-GF is flexible and has a cuttable increment of 62.5mm (8 LEDs), allowing for precise length adjustments and intricate shape formations to meet diverse project requirements. Contact us for custom solutions.

What are the key specifications of #10419-GF?

8mm | 24V | 128LEDs | 62.5mm/cut | #10419-GF | 12*12mm Glare-free Neon Lights 128LEDs/m: 2835 LEDs, 128, DC 24V, 8mm FPCB, 3oz copper foil, 2.8~23W power, cut unit 8LEDs/62.5mm. Photometric files, wiring diagrams and test reports are available in the downloads block on this page.

Which LED driver and run length suit #10419-GF?

8mm | 24V | 128LEDs | 62.5mm/cut | #10419-GF | 12*12mm Glare-free Neon Lights 128LEDs/m is a constant-voltage DC 24V product, so pair it with a CE or UL listed DC 24V constant-voltage LED driver rated about 20% above the connected load. Maximum single run is 5m. 5m Single / 10m Dual Input power. Feeding from both ends or mid-feeding halves the copper distance and roughly quarters the voltage drop.
