Can I get custom made full spectrum LED strip lights?
Yes — and on the full spectrum family it is a production setup rather than new tooling. Custom LED strip lights can be specified from 8 mm to 20 mm wide, 1800K to 6500K including dual-CCT tunable white, Ra 95 or Ra 98, 2 oz or 3 oz copper, free-cut or micro cut units, and IP20 through IP68 including WAP conformal coating. There is no fixed MOQ; engineering samples with measured flux, efficacy, CCT, CRI and the SPD file normally ship in 5-10 working days.
What is configurable without new tooling
Because DENO owns the FPCB line, the SMT lines, the coating and extrusion cells and the photometric lab, a custom full spectrum build changes parameters on an existing stack-up rather than starting a new product. Engineering samples normally ship in 5 to 10 working days with measured lumen output, efficacy, CCT, CRI and the SPD file.

Send the target CCT and CRI, watts per metre or target lumens per metre, board width, run length and feeding arrangement, IP class, cut-unit requirement and destination market. A DENO engineer returns a feasibility note and tiered quotation within one working day, including the certification files — CE, RoHS, REACH, EMC, LVD, UL/ETL, SAA, UKCA — that the destination market will require.
