DENO LED Lighting

36V LED Strip Lights | Low Voltage Drop | DENO

DENO 36V LED strip lights are engineered for longer commercial and architectural runs where reducing current and end-of-run brightness loss is important. The range includes high-density 2216, 2835 and regulated configurations with multiple PCB widths, power levels and cut intervals. Compared with an equivalent 24V load, a 36V system can reduce current for the same power, helping cable and voltage-drop planning. Final run length still depends on wattage, copper weight, feed method and installation temperature. OEM buyers can specify CCT, CRI, waterproofing, reel length and packaging.

Frequently asked questions

Why choose a 36V LED strip instead of 24V?

At the same power, 36V draws less current than 24V and can reduce voltage loss in longer circuits. The correct choice still depends on the power supply, cable size and required run length.

How long can a 36V LED strip run from one feed?

The limit is model-specific and depends on watts per metre, copper construction and allowable brightness variation. Use each product datasheet or ask DENO for a voltage-drop calculation.

Does a 36V LED strip need a 36V power supply?

Yes. Use a regulated 36V DC driver sized for the connected load and installation conditions; do not connect a 36V strip directly to a 24V system.

When should you use a 36V LED strip instead of 24V?

Choose 36V when a single run exceeds what a 24V LED strip can feed within a 3 percent voltage drop. At the same power per metre a higher bus voltage means lower current and roughly half the drop of 24V over the same distance, so corridors, facades and cove runs can be fed from one end with fewer power injection points.
