How does 2200K to 3000K dim to warm compare with a normal dimmed strip?

A normal strip dimmed to 10% stays at 3000K and reads cold and grey. A warm dim LED tape at the same 10% sits near 2200K, so the space keeps the amber, candle-like quality that restaurants and hotels specify. The perceived comfort difference is much larger than the CCT numbers suggest.

Which dimmers and drivers work with a DTW LED strip high CRI build?

The board is 24V two-channel, so it needs a dim-to-warm controller or a DALI DT8 warm-dim gateway rather than a single-channel dimmer. Flicker-free PWM above 3 kHz is recommended for camera-sensitive rooms; DENO can supply matched drivers with the reel.

Where is dim to warm specified — restaurant, hotel or residential?

Restaurants and bars for evening ambience, hotel guest rooms for the bedside scene, and high-end residential joinery where the client is replacing halogen. A cosy warm dimming LED tape 24V run at 7.2–18W/m covers all three without changing product.

SOB is the upgraded generation of the COB LED strip

Every SOB board on this page starts from the classic COB recipe — one continuous phosphor line, zero visible dots — and rebuilds it on flip-chip dies and thick copper. The result keeps the COB look but runs to 24W/m, holds CRI 95 and stays within SDCM ≤3 over the full reel. If your project is comfortable at 4–12W/m, the classic COB range remains the economical choice; if you need double the output or a 15 m single-feed run, you are already on the right page.
