Model: 20441

20441 long led strip — 24V, cuttable every 41.667, 5mm FPCB width, 2835 LEDs, 120 LEDs/m, IP20/IP65/IP66/IP67SH/IP68SH

Overview

2835 Super Long Constant Current Light Strips | 5mm | 24V | 120LEDs | 41.667mm/cut | #20441 is part of the DENO Ultra-Long SMD Strips series, engineered around ultra long run LED strip. Key specifications: 2835, 120, DC 24V, 5mm PCB, 3oz copper FPCB, cuttable 5LEDs/41.667. Every reel is produced on DENO's roll-to-roll line with 99.9% pure copper FPCB and ships CE, UL and RoHS compliant for architectural, retail and hospitality projects. OEM and ODM configurations of length, colour temperature and waterproofing are available on request.

Description

Integrated constant current circuitry powers 120 SMD 2835 LEDs per meter on a 24V DC platform for uniform illumination across extended runs. The ultra-slim 5mm PCB with 3oz copper foil supports continuous single-feed runs up to 15 meters without visible light degradation. Precise 41.667mm cutting increments and dimmable functionality make this LED strip light ideal for narrow joinery and architectural handrail lighting. Operating between 3 and 8W with an 8.333mm pitch, we deliver OEM custom lengths and tailored IP ratings for wholesale project supply.

Constant Current Ic Led Strip built for c.c. smd strips (ic regulated) projects.

Applications

  • Cove, wall-wash & perimeter lighting — Coves, recesses, wall-wash details and ceiling perimeters where a continuous, uniform line of light is required.
  • Showroom & hospitality display lighting — Shelving, display cases, reception desks and signage backlighting in shops, showrooms and hospitality spaces.
  • Kitchen & wardrobe under-cabinet lighting — Kitchen, wardrobe and furniture task lighting where the strip stays hidden and only the light is seen.
  • Long corridor & warehouse runs — Long single-feed runs on 24V cover corridors, warehouse aisles and facade lines with fewer injection points and fewer power supplies.
  • Ultra-narrow 5mm channels & shadow gaps — Fits shadow-gap details, slim profiles and joinery grooves that cannot take a standard 8–10mm strip.

Photometric Performance — CCT × CRI Efficacy Matrix

Peak measured luminous efficacy: 127.9 lm/W at 4000K, Ra 80, ErP energy class E (Grade DN (1st Tier) · 5.8W/m).

All values are measured at the stated power density and ambient 25 °C, reported as luminous efficacy in lumens per watt (lm/W), luminous flux per metre (lm/m) and the corresponding EU ErP (2019/2015) energy class.

Recommended LED Channels

Mount this LED strip in a DENO LED aluminum profile for heat dissipation, physical protection and diffused, dot-free output.

This strip is 5mm wide, so it needs a channel with at least 7mm inner width (5mm + 2mm clearance). Every profile below meets that.

Frequently Asked Questions

What are the key specifications of 20441?

20441: 2835, 120, DC 24V, 5mm PCB, 3oz copper FPCB, cuttable 5LEDs/41.667. Full photometric data, wiring diagrams and test reports are available in the downloads section of this page.

How long can a single run of this ultra long run LED strip be?

Maximum single run for this model is 15m. Feeding from both ends or using a mid-point tap halves the effective distance per segment, so a ultra long run LED strip can cover twice that length on one circuit when wired accordingly.

Can DENO customise this ultra long run LED strip for a project?

Yes. DENO manufactures the Ultra-Long SMD Strips series as an OEM and ODM supplier: reel length, colour temperature, CRI grade, PCB width, waterproofing and private labelling can all be specified. Request a quote for lead time and project pricing.

Does a constant current LED strip really eliminate voltage drop?

Voltage still drops along the copper, but the per-segment constant current IC holds LED current fixed until the local voltage falls below its dropout point. Brightness therefore stays even end to end, and power can be injected at one end, both ends or any mid point of the run.

What limits how long an LED strip run can be?

Voltage drop and conductor current, not the LED itself. A long run LED strip combines low watts per metre, 2 oz or thicker copper and a higher bus voltage such as 24V, 36V or 48V to reach 20 m or more from one feed while staying inside a 3 percent drop.
