What are the longest LED light strips DENO manufactures?

Standard reels ship at 5 m, 10 m, 15 m, 20 m and 30 m, and OEM orders are produced as one continuous 50 m board with no mid-reel solder joint. Roll-to-roll plating is what makes the longest LED light strips possible: copper is deposited continuously along the web, so finished length is not capped by the panel size that limits conventional die-cut FPCB.

Why joints — not length — are the real failure point

Conventional flexible PCB is produced on panels roughly 1.2 m long, so a 20 m or 30 m reel is really a chain of soldered sections. Every joint is a thermal and mechanical discontinuity: it adds resistance, it is the first place to crack under vibration or thermal cycling, and on waterproof builds it is where the coating is most likely to lift.

A continuous roll-to-roll board removes all of them. On a 50 m facade run that is the difference between one uninterrupted conductor and forty soldered transitions, each of which would need to survive the full warranty period.

Choosing a length that the install can actually feed

The longest board is only useful if the electrical design supports it. Confirm these before specifying:

  • Input voltage — 48V for anything past 30 m on a single feed
  • Feed points — single-end, both-ends or a mid-strip tap, all supported on CC boards
  • Driver placement and cable gauge from driver to first LED
  • Cut unit — 12.5 mm to 166.6 mm depending on voltage and density
  • Reel handling — 50 m boards ship on oversized reels; confirm site access
