Key specifications: 2835, 128, 24V, 10 PCB, 3oz copper FPCB, cuttable 8LEDs/62.5mm. Every reel is produced on DENO's roll-to-roll line with 99.9% pure copper FPCB and ships CE, UL and RoHS compliant for architectural, retail and hospitality projects. OEM and ODM configurations of length, colour temperature and waterproofing are available on request.

1-Step (1 SDCM) binning ensures ultra-tight color tolerance and superior batch-to-batch consistency, delivering uniform light output across the entire strip.
High color consistency effectively minimizes visible color deviation or patching, even in applications with fewer LEDs or limited light mixing distance.
Constant voltage (C.V.) design ensures stable brightness and consistent performance along the entire strip.
High lumen output combined with excellent luminous efficacy delivers both strong brightness and energy efficiency.
Supports multiple dimming protocols including PWM, DALI, and 0–10V for versatile lighting control.
Ideal for retail lighting, architectural lighting, display showcases, and high-end residential applications.
We use 99.99% gold wire, large-size chips, and thickened FPCB, backed by a 5-year warranty.

What does 1 SDCM mean on an LED strip?
SDCM is the Standard Deviation of Colour Matching — the size of the MacAdam ellipse a batch's chromaticity falls inside. A 1 SDCM LED strip keeps every LED within one ellipse of the target point, which is below the threshold the human eye can resolve, so a wall wash reads as one continuous colour instead of a series of slightly different whites.
3 SDCM vs 1 SDCM — is the difference visible on a real installation?
On a single short run, rarely. On a long cove, a mirrored pair of coffers or two reels butted end to end, 3 SDCM shows as a visible pink-to-green drift between sections, while 1 SDCM does not. Specify 1 SDCM whenever two lit surfaces are seen at once, on white joinery, or in retail and gallery lighting where the colour of the merchandise is the product.
How does DENO hold 1 SDCM colour consistency across a production batch?
Three controls stack: single-bin LED sourcing from one wafer lot, in-line chromaticity sampling on the SMT line, and reel-level records so a repeat order can be matched to the original batch. Boards outside the ellipse are pulled before packing rather than blended into the run.
Will a re-order months later still match my installed 1 SDCM LED strip?
Yes, when the original batch reference is quoted on the purchase order. DENO archives the bin and reel data for each 1 SDCM build, so a replacement section or a phase-two extension is produced from the same bin instead of the current stock bin — the usual cause of a mismatched repair on architectural projects.
Does tight colour binning affect brightness or efficacy?
Not measurably. Binning narrows chromaticity, not flux: a 1 SDCM board is drawn from the same flux bin as the standard build, so lm/W and lm/m stay on the published matrix. What does change is yield, which is why colour-critical builds carry a small premium over 3 SDCM tape.
Which applications actually need a 1 SDCM LED strip?
