Can I get custom width bright white LED strip lights made?

Yes. Bright white LED strip lights are usually specified 4000K-6500K at Ra 90+ for workshops, cold rooms, retail and signage, and on the wide family the board width, row count, LED density, CCT and CRI, copper weight, cut unit, IP class and connector are all configurable. Because it runs on an existing wide FPCB platform, a non-standard width is a production setup rather than a new product line, and there is no fixed minimum order quantity.

What is genuinely configurable

Because the wide family shares one FPCB platform, a custom board is a change of artwork and stencil rather than a new development programme. Width, row spacing and emitter pitch are set on the panel; copper weight, solder mask colour and the white reflective cover are stack-up choices; cut unit follows the circuit layout you need on site.

There is no fixed minimum order quantity. Run size, reel length and binning tolerance are agreed with the sales team so the economics land where they make sense for the project rather than at an arbitrary threshold.

For task, industrial and signage work the colour brief is usually short but strict:

  • 4000K–6500K with Ra 90+ so materials and safety markings read correctly
  • 1-SDCM binning where several reels sit in one visual field
  • High-efficacy dies to keep the connected load inside an energy budget
  • Cold-room builds: verify the driver, not the tape, at low ambient
  • Signage: match the cut unit to the letter geometry before tooling
