### Electroplated R2R FPCB (105 μm Copper)
DENO's proprietary Roll-to-Roll Flexible PCB process grows 99.9% electrolytic copper atom-by-atom on continuous polyimide reels up to 100 m long. Total copper thickness 35 μm + 70 μm = 105 μm (vs market standard 50 μm), ±10 μm trace accuracy. Delivers +110% conductive capacity, halved voltage drop, and 2× thermal spread capacity. Fundamentally superior to Die-Cut R2R, which mechanically punches pre-rolled RA copper foil and leaves micro-fractures at cut edges.

### SOB (Solder-on-Board) LED Packaging
Bare LED chips soldered directly onto the flexible R2R FPCB, then encapsulated with phosphor — produces dot-free continuous illumination with full flexibility, finer pitch, and better thermal performance than SMD or rigid COB.

### 99.99% Gold Wire Bonding
LED chip die bonded to substrate pads with 99.99% pure gold wire — superior conductivity, oxidation resistance, and ductility for 50,000+ hour lifespan. Combined with large-die chips and dual-layer phosphor coating for CRI up to 97+ and SDCM as tight as 1.
